Scouting Report

Hitting

Ryan Constantino has excellent bat speed and leverage, his bat comes through hitting zone at upward angle with much calmer hands and load. He remains a potent contact hitter with the combination of excellent hand-eye coordination and speed. His powerful line-drive stroke has natural loft, and he drives the ball to all fields with superb above-average punch. A singles and doubles hitter; Constantino will keep his swing short, which will help him keep his contact rate high down the road.

Base-Running & Defense

Ryan Constantino is a legit threat on the base paths and his speed is a game changer. He combines good decisions with extreme aggressiveness to take extra base hits, a threat that cannot be ignored. Defensively, Solid overall prospect; no one tool wows, but as a collection they complement one another. A corner outfielder who can help out in centerfield when need be or in a short stretch. Even-keeled demeanor Ryan Constantinois extraordinarily focused and disciplined, and almost all of his throws hit other infielders squarely in the chest.
