Scouting Report

Hitting

Scouts rave about Noah Daniel bat control and how he can essentially do what he wants with any pitch. A good run producer, Daniel has been showing more consistent patience at the plate as his power comes from his strong, quick wrists. Daniel has been showing more consistent patience as he concentrates more on hammering pitches through the infield, especially when moving runners over when needed. Daniel can bloop a base hit by flicking the bat through the strike zone with ease or he’ll drive the ball into center field gap just as easy and he continues to look comfortable at the plate.

Base-Running & Defense

Noah Daniel has plus average speed with a loose, fluid stride. With great instincts Daniel is a solid base runner who knows how to pick his spots to run. He shows great judgment in taking the extra bases, and is among top rookies currently in the leagues.Defensively, Noah Daniel is solid. He is extraordinarily focused and disciplined and is currently being groomed to be a nature catcher for the big leagues. Working as a Utility fielder Daniel has modestly to better range who positions himself well in the field and reads the ball off the bat better than most, turns virtually every ball he touches into an outs and all of his throws hit fielders squarely in the chest.
