Hitting
Dylan Cartwright is a tremendous young ballplayer who is a positive influence both on the field and in the clubhouse who continues to emerge as one of the most underrated hitters in the game. Cartwright has respectable power and is especially adept at driving the ball up the middle, particularly on outside pitches. He’s much more of a line-drive hitter than a fly ball hitter, though Dylan will collect most of his base hits on flat pitch down in the strike zone and will drive them into the alley with plenty of extra-base hit power. Dylan understands the importance of actually having a patient approach at the plate and with his bat control; it enables him to protect the plate well with two strikes.He’s much more of a line-drive hitter than a fly ball hitter.

An intelligent athlete, Cartwright combines good decisions with extreme aggressive base running that rarely runs into outs.A speedster who could ignite the offense when taking those extra bases, especially when the opponent isn’t vigilant.Cartwright a versatile outfielder with speed and athleticism that allows him to cover vast amounts of outfield turf while corralling those deep pop fly’s, and his throwing arm is so good that he hits the cutoff man with pinpoint accuracy.Cartwright remains to be a premier outfielder in the leagues and continues to make fewer errors then most of his peers,by position himself significant well from gap to gap.
