Statistically Speaking:
Think the lefty-swinging outfielder will have trouble with deep throwers? Think again. Dubicki hit .526 in his first full season, but did drop drown a little to a .445 during his second season, 'sophomore jinx'. In his career, he's hitting .447 clip. The extra base hits was better into his second year with the 7 out of his 10 extra base hits coming with NSA bats.
Upside Potential:
An All-Star outfielder who can lead a young squad, contend for MVP awards and be the best all-around outfielder not only in the game, but all of Lake County area.
They Said It:
"Dubicki loves the game and approaches it with a kid's enthusiasm. He's a hard worker from a great family and is intent upon being an impact player in the competitive level. He fits the ability and character requisites that we strive to put into the system. The kid's got a real chance to be an exciting player." -- Jack Glasscock – WHAT? scouting director
